Road To Mental Stability

The pandemic made a big impact on the students’ mental health like never before. It is important as the people must know what they are dealing with and what can add to it or what is the right way to deal with it. Moreover, people are also encouraged to share how mental illness feels so that all people can spot the symptoms in the early stages. The teenage phase is the most sensitive period of life. Emotional accidents make a large impact on the brain during that phase. As a result, 40% of the youth are plagued by mental state but not all of them understand what's going wrong with them, and why their brain isn't able to cope up properly. Around 20% of them have a psychological disorder, which incorporates obsessions or phobias. except that, around 10% struggle against manic depressive illness.

As we fight the pandemic together, let us not forget to take care of ourselves as well. A good fight involves a healthy mind, so protect your mind and fill it with positivity. A long journey is still ahead of us and our minds are the weapons that we will use to get to our desired goals.

Battles are given to soldiers who can win them. Let’s fight those battles together!
